SAN FRANCISCO–Stronghold® has successfully completed its first SOC 2 Type II Certification validating Stronghold as a trusted and secure technology for its partners, vendors, merchants, and end consumers. The SOC 2 audit completed in September 2022 shows just how seriously Stronghold takes cybersecurity and privacy, thus providing its partners with assurances that the company they work with has a rigorous set of policies, procedures, and systems in place to protect information across security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
Stronghold’s SOC 2 Type II audit was conducted in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
The SOC2 Type II compliance asserts that the internal systems and controls of Stronghold are effective at meeting audit standards on a continuous basis while ensuring the personal assets of their potential and existing customers are protected.
