On 2/7/25, AT&T confirmed they have an issue delivering text messages to their customers. We believe this issue was resolved as of 2/10/25 but it may take a few days for this to work its way through the AT&T network. Once resolution is confirmed, we will update this page. The primary impact is that paylink text messages are not getting delivered to Stronghold customers who use AT&T as their mobile carrier. For merchants with a Stronghold integrated ecomm, we recommend directing customers to pay online at checkout until this is resolved.
